Sofa is fine, but worst customer service I’ve ever received.
They missed their delivery date, didn’t let me know (we had got rid of previous sofa and made arrangements around when to expect them).
They lied to me, they hung up on me then blocked me on online chat when I was trying to get answers. Promised I’d get callbacks and that my complaint had been escalated but nothing was.
Made me so angry to be treated this way after so much money had been spent
