The headboard is lovely but took ages to come and when it did the struts and bits were missing to attach. I got through to a ‘virtual assistant’ in customer service sho organised for these to be sent. When they arrived they were still missing the round attachments to stop it slipping. My husband took some off another headboard we had as I couldn’t be bothered to explain the whole thing to the virtual assistant on the website.
