Sofa looks great but unusable as a sofa bed.
After using for the first time as a bed, all but one of the legs jammed in the ‘up’ position, meaning that it couldn’t really be converted properly back to a sofa – the bed legs stick out so the sofa can’t be placed up against the wall.
We were promptly sent a replacement, and exactly the same issue happened on the first use. They don’t hold any instruction manuals on file, and so we have to have a home visit to try and fix it. Massive pain and we’re going to have to go through the faff of getting this sofa removed and a new one delivered if/when it can’t be fixed.
Waste of time and money.
