The sofa looks nice and I like the material. However its not super comfortable. Easy to put together and fast delivery.

The arrangement of the sofa is good, but it is rather hard to sit on it. Could be more comfortable.

This could have been four or even five stars, had the seat padding been a little thicker and plusher and top access storage had been incorporated. I had read the reviews about it being firm, but as with our futon prior, suspected that we may need a topper in bed mode to offer the best comfort.
In sofa mode, the seating area is firm but not uncomfortably so, however there is slight numbness after an hour of using the chaise when lounging, which a pillow may rectify. The images imply the padding is around 125 mm thick however it is only 50 mm, with a strong, horizontal tension spring covering each seat area. This wouldn’t be comfy enough as a main sofa.
The are many plus points. The brackets and arms are removable or can be positioned on either side of the sofa or chaise. The four shorter bolts attach the brackets to the units, which need to be attached loosely in order to slide the arms on. With the chaise in front, it is a king size bed, alternatively it makes a small double and a single. There are erectable, hidden bed legs in the sofa backrest. The chaise can be positioned at either end of the sofa and there is a little space for light bedding in both units, accessed beneath only, by zips.
There are a couple of brackets not yet fitted which I suspect are to lock the chaise to the sofa. The frames are wooden. Ours is in our converted sitting room/office and looks great but we would have preferred light beige. It should get used frequently as a second sofa. We wanted something relatively firm, to use with a good topper to provide a large, comfortable bed for infrequent use. We have purchased a 60 mm king memory foam topper. Overall, pleased with the purchase.
