Arrived damaged on the corner, replacement delivered and bolt for bed part is broken. So disappointed! Lovely colour but both returned for a refund

I had three of these delivered before I gave up. Broken every time. All I was given in compensation for a £1000+ sofa was a £70 gift card after waiting in four separate times for delivery/collection. Not easy to speak to customer service who tried to pass it off to another company to start who said Dunelm should know that they couldn’t repair the issue: I have had tears and broken bolts delivered to me – extremely poor service and quality. Just don’t bother buying and go somewhere else: it took me three replacements to come to this decision.

Rosa is an excellent sofa and sofa bed. Its very comfortable and looks more sofa like than some sofa beds that are box shaped. The store in Bridgend was helpful the ordering done very quickly and the delivery excellent on the prearranged date and with an hour call predelivery. All round a very pleasant experience.
